Our experienced Auction Specialists know property auctions inside out. They work with sellers and their chosen Estate Agent to sell property as quickly and easily as possible. They deal with all interested parties and manage the auction from start to finish, to get the best possible outcome for the seller.

Our Completions team are on hand to progress the transaction once a sale is agreed, keeping sellers updated every step of the way. They work with the Solicitor of both the seller and buyer to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Our expert Compliance team make sure everything is being done in the right way in line with property market legislation and regulations. They help carry out Identification Checks on buyers and sellers (which is a legal requirement) and help manage and avoid any risks to our business, partners and customers.
